What is expected of ME as a Member of DSC?
At Desert Streams we never ask our members to do more than the Bible clearly teaches. We only expect our members to do what the Bible expects every Christian to do. These responsibilities are spelled out in the Membership Covenant.
The Desert Streams Membership Covenant Having received Christ as my Lord and Savior and having been baptized, and being in agreement with DSC’s Statements, I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to unit myself with the DSC Church Family. III. I will serve the ministry of my church… q ...By using my gifts and talents as the Lord gives me opportunity q ...By being discipled to the point that I become a Disciple-Maker q ...By sharing Jesus’ heart for the lost and unchurched and finding ways to reach out to my neighbors, co-workers and friends who don’t yet know the Savior. q ...By warmly welcoming those who visit
