LEVEL I Requirements for Glorious Custodial Ministry

· Must be saved and water baptized

· Must have attended DSC weekly for at least three months and have approval of ministry overseer

· Must have completed a Ministry Application with an attached photo

· Must have read and understood and be in agreement with DSC’s Vision Statement

· Must have read, understood and be in agreement with DSC’s Core Values

· Must have read, understood and be in agreement with DSC’s Statement of Faith

· Must have interviewed with a Ministry Overseer of the Level I ministry

LEVEL II Requirements: Commitment-Through Membership

· Must have met the above criteria in Level I

· Must have attended DSC weekly for at least six months and have approval of ministry overseer

· Must believe that God has called you to be a member by attending the Membership/Partnership sessions (3) in order to understand DSC’s Vision & Values. This includes reading and being in agreement with the Partnership at DSC handbook by Pastor Michael

· Must have been a member in good standing at the former church and provide former pastor’s phone

· Must have read The Disciple’s Identity by Pastor Michael

· Must have read Stop Dating the Church by Josh Harris

· Must have read Treasure Principles by Randy Alcorn

LEVEL III Requirements

· Must have met above criteria in Levels I and II

· Must have read The Hungry Inherit by Zane Hodges

· Must have read The Life God Rewards by Bruce Wilkensen

· Must have a written Life Mission Statement (copy to leadership staff)

· Must understand DSC’s Listening Principles.

· Must have interview with the Pastoral or Ministerial Overseer

· Must have met all the requirements of a Deacon/Overseer in 1 Timothy 3
